China Glaze Avant Garden Collection

Here they are swatches of 6 of the 12 colors in the 2013 China Glaze Avant Garden Spring Collection. Consistenting of soft colors as well as shimmery colors this collection is sure to allow everyone to find atleast one amazing color!

The colors I swatched for you today are: Snap my dragon, Mimosa's Before Mani's, Budding Romance, Fancy Pants, Tart-y for the Party, and Pink-ie Promise.

Snap my dragon is a cherry red shimmery color. I think this color will look good on light or darker skin tones! Def will be using this for a feet in the summer.

This one was definitely my favorite color of the 6, Mimosa's Before Mani's. It is a gorgous coral shimmery color! It also looks amazing with brown skin tone.

Budding Romance was my least favorite color of the bunch bc I don't know how I feel about this kind of green color. I def will use it for nail art!

Another favorite color of mine is Fancy Pants. First off I love the name! Second is a blue-violet color aith a fuschia shimmer to it. (wish my camera could have caught it) but the shimmer is amazing!

Tart-y for the Party is a creamy pastel purple color that will be a good base coat for nail art or the color itself is pretty for mani's.

Pink-ie promise is a also a creamy pastel pink color with a hint of fushia pink shimmer to it. Yet again my camera fails to capture the beauty of this shimmer which I think will look amazing out in the sun!

Overall, I love the light shimmer in most of these polishes as it will really bring out the colors. I def have found more than half of the polishes that I can say I will use over and over again! As always the formula, drying time and shininess of China Glaze polishes are amazing which is why they are one of my favorite polishes!!

They are not on China Glaze's Site yet but be on the lookout in March!. I know I will be on the lookout for the remaining colors in this collection!

SoFlaJo Matte Collection

SoflaJo is at it again check out one of her polishes in the new Matte Collection.


White sensation is a white shimmery matte polish. It could be used for a wedding, formal event, or just because.

White sensation makes me think of angels wings in general. It is such a nice color that makes me think of peace!


I didn't think the color would look good on me but I really liked how it came out! I usually am not a big fan of matte colors even though I never tried them lol. But it wasn't that bad. I apologize that my camera went crazy and my matte only swatches were erased.This swatch was taken with 2 coats followed by a single layer of top coat.

The Matte polish consists of 6 more polishes in yellow, pink, purple, silver and 2 black polishes. As I mentioned earlier I use to think matte polishes were not cute but now my opinion is definitely changed. I really want to get the Pink it up and involved (purple matte polish) and I def can't wait to get some $$ in my tax return!!

Jindie Nails Swatches

I have not done an indie review for a while! I miss buying my indie nail polishes! Here is my first ever swatches of two polishes from the indie nail polisher Jindie Nails!

I know what your going to say already! Yes I love me my white polish with glitter in it. I can't help it I just love all the different colors you can do with it.

U got burrrberry and Barbies have more fun

Burrrberry is a creamy white based polish with pink and turquoise small and big hex glitters.

Don't these colors look amazing together! I mean seriously love the color combination.

Tell me this polish doesn't look gorgeous! It took two coats to get full coverage but I added another bc I love a lot of glitter on each nail! So pretty!!

The other polish I got was Barbies have more fun!

Two of my favorite colors put together in one: pink and black! I am not a punk girl but I just love the two colors together. This is also a creamy white color with small/large hex glitters in it.

Kind of looks like cookies and creme except girly huh? Or even mint chip! Whatever it is they look great together! Now I have a bf but if I didn't I would totally rock this on Valentines day at my friends Valentines day is for Suckas party lol!

Overall, I love the consistency (not goopey or chunky glitter), love how fast the colors dry, love the color combinations of glitters that go so well together. Basically I just them! So I def will be trying more polishes from Jindie Nails!!
