Sally Hansen Magentic Polish

Magnetic Polishes are def in right now and some are ridiculous expenisve. I don't know about you but I love drug store beauty products! So when I got the chance to review some of Sally Hansen's Magnetic Polishes you know I jumped on board. 

The 3 magnetic polishes I will be swatching today are: Electric Emerald, Graphite Gravity, and Polar Purple.

I was a little nervous at first bc I haven't never used magnetic nail polish but let me tell you it is soooooooo easy to use. All you do is put a thin 1st layer of polish let it dry, then put the 2nd layer one at a time. This layer should be thick. Immediately after applying that layer, place the magnet on your nail for approx 10 seconds. Try and keep your finger still so you don't end up with irregular lines (there is a little slit that sticks out to prevent you from directly putting the magnet on your nail ~mess up your nail) so make sure there is always a little gap between your nail and the magnet. Then just lift it up slowly and wahlah!

Electric Emerald is a deep green color with lighter magnetic lines in between it. The polish itself is very shimmery and shiny. I took 2 coats to achieve this look and no top coat was applied.

Graphite Gravity is a dark grey color with light shimmery silver magnetic lines.  

Polar purple is a dark violet color with light lavender color magnetic lines. (Sorry I messed up my pointer nail)

Overall, I am in love with magnetic polishes! I mean how cool is it that you can get an awesome, unique design in 10 secs? No sponging colors, messing with dotting tools all you have to do is place the magnet over your nail. The brush on the Sally Hansen polish is amazing gives you just the right amount of polish each time so you don't have globs of polish all over your nail. Best of all, it look just as cool as any of those expensive brand name polishes!
